Feyenoord vs RKC Waalwijk

Dick Advocaat will make his long-awaited debut as Feyenoord coach in De Kuip on Sunday at the end of the afternoon. He was previously involved with the club as an advisor to Giovanni van Bronckhorst and sooner appeared to be the new coach, but after negative noises from the Rotterdam supporters, the experienced trainer from The Hague dropped out.

After the resignation of Jaap Stam, Dick Advocaat was on the couch for the first time last Sunday as head coach of Feyenoord. Opponent was VVV-Venlo and the team of Advocaat won 3-0 and will at least want to match this performance against RKC Waalwijk.

But RKC will not agree with that. The league-leader of the Premier League had a positive weekend by booking the first victory of the season against Heracles. But to be honest, it is not much in Waalwijk. The club is not yet ready for the Eredivisie. That was different twenty years ago. Then RKC won in De Kuip by two hits from Yuri Cornelisse.

The chance that there will be another Brabant party in Rotterdam next Sunday is not that big. We think that Feyenoord wins and that Berghuis will hit goal at least once.
