Feyenoord vs Heracles

Feyenoord has the third place in the Premier League back after a good victory over VVV Venlo. It was 0-3 in Limburg by goals from Larsson Jörgensen and Malacia. That is a boost for the people of Rotterdam who have had disappointing results in recent weeks and have even lost third place to AZ.

The Alkmaarders, however, lost points at De Graafschap, making Feyenoord the laughing third. The big question in De Kuip is who should be the successor of Technical Director Martin van Geel. Names are mentioned, but the question is who wants to jump in at the always restless Feyenoord.

There has been peace at Heracles in recent years. Where the club from Almelo used to look like the ugly duckling from the first division, it is currently the only premier league club in the Twente region. Especially in Enschede that hurts. But at Heracles they don’t do crazy things and the sobriety dominates. That works out well. A neat sixth place in the premier division is currently the result. There is nothing wrong with that. Feyenoord has to beat Heracles in-house to not see AZ come alongside again.
