UEFA Europa League Genk vs Brondby

Genk and Brondby meet on Thursday, August 23 at 21.30 in the first leg of the Europa League play-off. There will be two bands that have entered the Europa League Preliminaries in the second round. The Belgians from Genk have eliminated the Polish Lech Poznan, against which they imposed twice: 2-0 on their own and 2-1 in Poland.

Instead, Brondby eliminated Spartak Subotica with two wins, 2-0 away and 2-1 in Denmark.

Genk debuted with an equal home in the new Belgian championship, score 1-1 in his own field with St.Truident. Two victories followed, 2-0 with Oostende away and 3-1 home with Charleroi.

In the match on Thursday, Genk will not be able to rely on Ingvartsen and Romanian Vladimir Screciu, both of whom are injured.

Brondby had an oscillating run in the first three rounds of the Danish championship. He debuted with the right, with a 2-0 victory over Nordsjælland, then followed the 3-1 derby with FC Copenhagen. Finally, on August 19th he lost home with Ejberg, score 0-1.

Brondby also has some not available for the Belgian match, Kabongo, Mensah, Arajuuri and Rocker. The first two are suspended and the other injured.

Genk vs Brondby Football Prediction

Specialists credit it with the first chance to win in Genk on Thursday and qualify, but I will choose a bet that seems to me safer, namely the total number of goals between 2 and 4 at a rate of 1, 53.

Bet Tip: Total Goals 2-4
Odds: 1.53
