In an era in which all people in football, footballers and coaches alike, seek to fill their accounts with new contracts, the Spanish coach Pep Guardiola seems to be the exception to the rule.
Former player and coach of Barcelona agreed an annual salary of 3 million pounds less than at Bayern Munich to sign with Manchester City. Guardiola’s ambition seems to have its say in choosing the new team.

According to British newspaper The Sun, Guardiola has a bonus stipulated in the contract to cover the difference in the contract, the condition being that championship in the Premier League.

Pep Guardiola coached Bayern Munich for 3 years, after previously had been mainly in Barcelona.
