Twente vs Heracles

FC Twente promoted to the Eredivisie last summer and is in a surprising third place after the excellent victory over Fortuna Sittard last weekend. Goals from Nakamura, Espinosa and Aburjania provided the three points.

It is a bit of a foreign legion there in Enschede, but it is incredibly clever among the technical people that one after the relegation is so quick to launch a team that can be taken seriously. It may just be that FC Twente will play a significant role in the subtop in the coming years. They like to clean the ship.

The neighbors from Almelo have started the season less well, but are now on the road. Against Willem II it was 4-1 last round of play. Striker Cyriel Dessers came from FC Utrecht and scored two. Will he be the public favorite of Heracles?

The club also has an excellent player with Van de Water. The Almeloërs want to qualify again for the Play-Offs for European football. For the time being, that seems to be a high priority this season.
